Chief Compliance Officer
James F. Volk serves as Chief Compliance Officer of FS KKR Capital Corp. as well as for other funds sponsored by FS Investments.
Prior to joining FS Investments, Mr. Volk was the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and head of traditional fund operations of the Investment Manager Services market unit at SEI Investments. He was also formerly the assistant chief accountant at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Investment Management and a senior manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Volk is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a BS in Accounting.
