We seek to invest primarily in the senior secured debt and, to a lesser extent, the subordinated debt of private middle market U.S. companies to achieve the best risk-adjusted returns for our investors.

Investment strategy

Our primary focus is to leverage the breadth and depth of the experience of our investment adviser to provide us with a significant competitive advantage in sourcing and analyzing attractive investment opportunities.

We seek to invest in a broadly diversified portfolio of companies with:

•  Leading, defensible market positions
•  Positive cash flows and growth potential
•  Proven management teams
•  Private equity sponsorship
•  Viable exit strategies

Although our primary focus is to invest in directly originated transactions and opportunistic investments, in certain circumstances we will also invest in the broadly syndicated loan and high yield markets, including when our investment adviser identifies market opportunities.
